Richard Moorhead

Richard Dudley Moorhead was born on September 5, 1948 and passed away May 14, 2018 at the age of 69.

          He leaves to cherish his memory son Darcy(Wanda) Moorhead and their children Kaylee, Vanessa, and Erin; daughter Darlene(Shawn) Stokke and their children Wade and Lane; brother Melvin(Laurie) Moorhead; mother-in-law Marg Mackie; brother-in-law Arnold(Sheila) Mackie; sister-in-law Pat(Glen) Koenig, and many more aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.

          Richard was predeceased by his sister Donna in infancy, father Lloyd Moorhead(1990), father-in-law Jack Mackie(2004), his wife Sandy Moorhead(2010), mother Rose Marie Moorhead(2018).

          The funeral service was held at Maple Creek United Church in Maple Creek, Sask. On Friday May 18 at 10 a.m. with Eleanor Bowie officiating. Pallbearers were Corey French, Ryan French, Clay Moorhead, Darcy French, Kevin Tittle, and Scott Pridmore. Honorary Pallbearers were friends, family, and neighbours. The eulogy was presented by Lynn Needham. Pianist was Heather Macnab and soloist was Casey Ziegler. Interment took place at the Maple Creek Cemetary.
