Annette (Stolz) Hoffman

It is with sadness we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother Annette Hoffman (nee Stolz)  on May 20, 2020 at Cabri nursing home in Cabri, Saskatchewan at the age of 83.

Beloved wife of  the late Virge Hoffman, Annette leaves to celebrate her life:  her daughter Rhonda (Mike) of Regina and son Dwight Hoffman (Gloria) of Leader and proud grandmother of Lindsay Markwart, Nathan Markwart, Krista Ressler (Carmen) and Brianna Craney (Tad); and great grandmother to Declan, Grayson and Trace Ressler, and Kaysen and Kallum Craney.

Annette married Virge Hoffman on Aug 7,1957, living their lives and raising their family in Leader, Saskatchewan. Annette retired from her career as a CCA in the Leader nursing home in 1996 after 21 years of service.

Annette was her family’s biggest fan spending countless hours cheering them on in all sports. Annette was an excellent cook, pickled lettuce, kuchen, strudel, and the best pumpkin pie to name a few. She enjoyed being with her family, cooking, hosting, and attending the family golf tournaments and going on our family fishing trips.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Cabri nursing home for the care and humour they extended to Annette during her stay.

A link in our family chain is missing, but our memories will always live on. Your kindness and loving ways will be missed, and you will forever be loved by us all.

As Grandma always said:  “Love you to the moon and back”.
