Chris was born in Regina SK on May 9, 1978, passed away in Medicine Hat AB on June 27, 2022 at the age of 44.

Chris is lovingly remembered and survived by his wife Jaclyn and children: Keash(Logan), Layla (Joey), Kiefer, Kenzie, Kallen, Karaleigh and Kavan. His parents Wayne Fourhorn and Doreen Oakes.

Brothers and Sisters: Clint (Selena), Timothy, Tiffany, Leslie Francis, Tina Mosquito and Roberta Francis (Terrance) .

Chris was predeceased recently by his sister, Vanessa Oakes. Paternal family, grandparents: Moshum Patrick Fourhorns, Kokum Alma Fourhorns, Uncle Edward Fourhorns. Cousins: Mason Fourhorns, Ashley Oakes. Maternal family:  Kokum Margaret Mosquito, cousin Cullen Taypotat, grandparents: Wilbert Anderson, Jean Oakes. Uncles: Glen Oakes, Danny Oakes.

Chris has many uncles Gilbert Oakes (Sherrie) William Mosquito (Shirley) Richard Mosquito (Sandra) Joe Fourhorns (Rowena) and aunts Elouise (Roy) , Brenda, Jacqueline (Jerry) Caroline, Julia, Christine (Dwayne), Marie Stanley (Dale), Delvin (Leanne), Norrie Anne and many more both paternal and maternal.

Special cousins:  Ethan (Sam), Creedance, Alannis (Buster), Waylon (Tina), Chad, Wacey, Ranae, Sonja (Ren) Marshall Oakes (Melinda),Jeremy Fourhorn,  DJ Francis, Derek (Shannon) along with numerous relatives and friends. Nekaneet Anderson family and Davis family
