Flora Lillian Retterath 1922-2021

Flora Retterath passed away in her own home in Maple Creek on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at the age of 98, one week before her 99th birthday.

She is survived by her daughter Loretta Briggs, her son Vern (Sandra) Retterath and their children Travis (Jenean) Retterath & Nicole (Greg) Moyer, her daughter Brenda (Harold) Moorhead and their children Kristina Moorhead & Jody (Jared) Metz, her daughter Roxanne (Jim) Feil and their children Skye & Rhea Feil; her brother Cliff Smith, Gerald Smith, Ernie (Irene) Smith; sister Hazel Brown; her half brother-in-law Alfred (Marie) Yeo and many more cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews, great grandchildren, as well as two great great grandchildren.

Flora was predeceased by her husband Peter Retterath; her father Lee Smith; her mother Edna Smith; her brothers Harvel (Phyllis) Smith; her sisters-in-law Mary Smith, Verneda Smith, and Donna Smith; her brother-in-law Grant Brown and son-in-law Jim Briggs.

A private funeral service was held at the Salvation Army with Major Ed Dean officiating.
