KEN GILBERT

May 2, 1963 – May 19, 2023

Long-time Parksville/Qualicum resident Ken Gilbert, born on May 2, 1963, passed away on May 19, 2023, in Piapot, Saskatchewan.

He is survived by his son Travis Gilbert (Kelowna), his brother Jason Gilbert (Qualicum Beach), and his mother, Barbara Gilbert (Chemainus). 

If you knew Ken (Swage to some), you would understand no service planned.  He would much prefer you tip a glass or two of your favorite beverages in his memory.

Wherever you are Ken, here is hoping there is an endless amount of animals to hunt and plenty of birds to shoot.  I hope you are with Jimmy and surrounded by friends with your glasses always full and never-ending stories of the daily hunt.  You always left a lasting impression in your own unique way on everyone you met.  We will miss your great stories and will always remember you!  Cheers Bro.
