Leo (Frank) Sellinger

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leo Sellinger on November 23, 2020 at the age of 88. Leo was predeceased by his parents, Meinrad and Magdalena; first wife, Mary Sellinger; grandson, Dean Sellinger; brothers, Phillip (Bernie), Harry (Stella), Peter and Tony; sisters, Eva (John) and Tina (Adam); in-laws, John and Mary Hudec; brother-in-law and sister-in-law,  John and Gabriella Hudec; and sister-in-law, Mathilda Hudec. Leo will be forever loved and missed by his second wife, Lona Barbeau; 11 children; 32 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; Lona’s children,  brother, John (Cecilia) Sellinger; and sister, Rose Wandler. Leo will also be remembered by a large extended family of in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at a later date when we can come together as a family and community.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Lawrence Catholic Parish in Maple Creek.
