Mary Louise Perrin, 69, resident of Maple Creek SK, passed away peacefully Dec 14, 2023.
Born July 8, 1954 in Edmonton, Alberta. Louise was pre-deceased by her parents Ray and Rosalie (King) Perrin, and her brother, Leslie. She is survived by son John, daughter Mary Beth, sister Eleanor (husband Chester), nieces Rebecca and Alissa, grand niece Mimikwâs and her beloved cat, Scrappy.
A veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, Louise was best known as a long-time small business owner and respected award winning multi-disciplinary artist with her work presented to PM Jean Cretien in 1995, which remains in Ottawa to this day. She was a good friend to many and had a diverse global group of friends through her online quilting and art groups. She enjoyed the adventure of life, having lived in 4 provinces, travelling when possible, and playing music wherever she was.
