Born on August 22, 1936, Uncle Tim was the ninth of eleven children of Thomas and Kristina Hudec. He was predeceased by his sisters Bertha, Anselma, Gabriella and Dorothy. The remaining siblings are Felixa, Dan, George, Katherine, Rita and David.
After graduating from high school Tim continued farming with his parents and brother Dan on their family homestead. In his early years he was a member of the church choir. There was also a little time left for playing baseball.
In 2001, after retiring from farming he took part in many recreational activities and hobbies. He enjoyed golfing and bowling and learned to play violin and clarinet.
He spent many hours working on different projects in his shop or fixing clocks and small appliances at his kitchen table. He took part in many social activities in our parish and Fox Valley community until the very last days of his life. We will miss him. The old homestead will not feel the same without Uncle Tim.
