Bill Plummer beloved husband of Evelyn Plummer (nee Winkler) passed away peacefully at the Maple Creek Nursing Home on October 18, 2024 at the age of 100 years. He was born on April 14, 1924 in the Maple Creek Union Hospital. Bill grew up in the Maple Creek area where he met and married his wife, Evelyn. He spent his youth working on the family farm which he took over in 1952 and with his loving wife Evelyn raised his five children there. In 1996 Bill and his wife retired off the farm and moved into Maple Creek. Bill is survived by his wife Evelyn, children Linda (Larry) Plummer, Sheila Behl, Carol Buscholl, Ron (Violet) Plummer and Eric Plummer. His nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren as well as three great-great-grandchildren.
The Family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff for the excellent care of Bill received at the Cypress Lodge, and the Southwest Integrated Health Care facility in the Prairie Oasis House.
