I had the great pleasure of working with Bernie through the school division boards. He was always so passionate about keeping education in place for what kids needed. He leaves a huge legacy behind that has impacted many children in Southwest Saskatchewan. My thoughts are with the family and I am sure there are so many memories of your Dad/Grandpa that you will remember him with some tears, huge smiles and lots of laughter.

We were so sorry to hear about Bernie's death. We attempted to come to the funeral today but the roads here were not very good so we turned back.
We truly appreciated Bernie's friendship and having the opportunity to work with Bernie was a blessing. Bernie's contributions in many different areas will always be remembered. His more than 40 years serving as a school board member have left a true legacy! He was a man of integrity and his work ethic was second to none! We also appreciated his keen sense of humor!!
You should take great pride in your father for his many contributions and for a life well lived!
With sincere sympathy,
Ken and Yvonne Loehndorf
